Are all your products genuine?

All of our products are 100 percent genuine and sourced direct from original manufacturers, they arrive sealed and fully packaged.

How do I pay?

You can pay online using your debit or credit card or by post with a cheque or postal order made payable to Online Business Made Easy Ltd. Please note that we can only accept United Kingdom cheques. Once payment has cleared we will dispatch your item or items.

Is VAT included in your price?

All of our prices are inclusive of UK VAT @ 20%.

What about P&P?

There is a £7.95 delivery charge for items to the UK. Additional items are charged at £3.95. We use Royal Mail or Fedex which requires a signature, We can ship to any preferred address be it work or home, just let us know where.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be sent in most cases within 48-72 hrs stock dependent. Orders placed on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday again stock dependent..

What is your returns policy?

All products purchased through the The Electronic Shop website are covered by our 30 day no hassle guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 30 days of your order date and we will refund your money in full. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).

Do you ever run out of popular products?

On the odd occasion yes. In the unlikely event that your particular item is not in stock we will contact you within 48 hours of the receipt of your order to advise you when the item will be available and provide the option to cancel the order! We carry all stock listed in our site in large quantities.

I placed my order a few days ago, why has it not arrived?

Please contact us straight away and we will get to the bottom of the issue. Also please ensure you check the tracking number provided to you via paypal or by Email.

Do you really need my phone number on the order form?

We may need to contact you if there is an issue with your payment or for other security issues regarding your order or payment.

Can I pay by Cheque / Postal Orders?

Yes. Please make cheques / postal orders payable to Online Business Made Easy Ltd 23 Vicarage Road,Catterick North Yorkshire DL94TA. Your purchased goods will be dispatched once the cheque/PO has cleared, usually after 4-5 working days
